Useful before you call

Better questions make better walls.

A short field guide for choosing materials, thinking about the wall beneath them and deciding what information to share first.

Common questions

The things people want to know first.

Can I call before I know my measurements?

Yes. An initial conversation does not require a complete brief. You can explain the room, the material you are considering and what you hope to change. You can also ask whether an on-site assessment or measurements may be arranged.

Does the wall need to be perfectly smooth?

The wall condition matters. Texture, old adhesive, repairs and previous layers can affect the preparation needed and how the final wallcovering will look.

What is the difference between peel-and-stick and traditional wallpaper?

They are handled differently and can have different surface requirements. The product, backing, adhesive and wall condition all matter more than the label alone.

Is wallpaper only for a full room?

No. An accent wall, niche, ceiling detail or small passage can be a thoughtful place for pattern without covering every surface.

What affects an estimate?

Project size, wall condition, material, pattern repeat, access and the amount of preparation can all affect scope. Share what you know; the business can explain what information would help next.

Can a visible seam or lifting edge be repaired?

Sometimes targeted repair is possible. Describe what you are seeing and where it occurs so the next step can be discussed directly.

A helpful rule

Do not wait until every detail is solved.

A clear first conversation can make the rest of the project easier. Call, ask a question, or send a short request with the information you have now.
